Welcome to Lush Travel! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing or using Lush Travel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Site.
1. Introduction
Lush Travel provides travel-related information, bookings, and other services to help you plan your trips. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3. Booking Policies
3.1. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure that all details on the Site are accurate. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or error-free nature of the information provided.
3.2. Third-Party Suppliers
Bookings made through Lush Travel may involve third-party providers. We are not liable for any issues arising from their services, including cancellations, delays, or other disputes.
3.3. Payments
-Response will be forthcoming within 48 hrs. Lush Travel will confirm your booking request once the deposit (30% of the total cost) has been received
-The remaining 70% is due on the day of the visit for the Day Services
-To facilitate payment on the day of service, we kindly request your credit card information and transaction authorization at least 7 days prior to your tour. You can provide these details via fax, email, or phone. Alternatively, you can choose to settle the full payment in advance through VISA & MASTERCARD
-Customized and bespoke tours require full prepayment 30 days before the beginning of the tour.
-All Prices and fares are quoted in USD. The total cost includes PayPal processing fee (5%).
3.4. Cancellations and Refunds
-Once you have paid your 30%, your trip is confirmed.
-Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by Lush Travel.
-No refunds are given in case of ‘force majeure’ (Natural disasters, War, Epidemics, Political unrest,…)
-No refunds are given if the client leaves the program after it has begun for any reason whatsoever or miss any scheduled sightseeing or visit or no showing up.
-Cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund (10 days for Customized & bespoken tours). If cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour starting date, 100% of the total amount is charged.
-For Private customized tours: The 30% deposit is non-refundable
4. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate, up-to-date information during bookings.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Site and services.
Refrain from using the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Lush Travel or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lush Travel is not liable for:
Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our Site or services.
Interruptions or delays in accessing the Site.
Actions or omissions of third-party providers.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lush Travel, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
